Max Healthcare Institute, and the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create an alliance intended to encourage research, capacity building and innovation in the healthcare industry.
The collaboration between Max Healthcare Institute and IIT-B represents a significant milestone in the pursuit of transformative digital healthcare solutions. By joining forces, both organisations seek to leverage their unique strengths and expertise to address pressing healthcare challenges and enhance patient care.
The MoU sets forth the objectives and modes of collaboration to promote interaction and provide a formal basis for initiating joint initiatives.
The partnership will foster joint research projects focusing on healthcare technologies, medical devices, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and other cutting-edge areas.
Max Healthcare Institute and IIT-Bombay will work together to develop training programmes and workshops to enhance the skills of healthcare professionals, researchers, and students. This collaboration will promote continuous learning, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and empower individuals to excel in their respective fields.
The collaboration will also facilitate transfer of technology and commercialisation of innovative healthcare solutions.
