Mr Bhartia resigns as Jubilant's MD

Jubilant Life Sciences informed BSE that consequent to appointment of Mr Shyam S Bhartia as chairman and managing director of Jubilant Pharma, Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Life Sciences, he has resigned from the position of MD of the company effective from March 25, 2015.
In view of the above, Mr Shyam S Bhartia shall be non-executive chairman and director of the company.
