"The DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) is likely to be filed today," a Syngene spokesperson told Business Standard.
Incorporated in 1993, Syngene offers integrated discovery and development services to pharma and biotech, agro-chemical as well as other industries.
Recently in 2015, Clinigene International, a fully-owned subsidiary of Syngene, involved in drug discovery and development CRO, was incorporated into Syngene.
