Legal battle: Natco pays Rs 15 crore to SMS Pharma

Hyderabad-based API manufacturer, SMS Pharmaceuticals, has informed Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the legal disputes between the company and Natco Pharma have been amicably settled.

Out of the settlement, SMS Pharma has received a sum of Rs 15.07 crore from Natco apart from the balance principal amount receivable from the respective courts.
