Adam Fabriwerk has been delivering mixing and processing skids to biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries, since 1980. It, today, manufactures processing systems for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and also for the cosmetic industries. The company manufactures processing skids and systems ranging from 5-20,000 liters. Systems are manufactured in its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for integrated skids. Its product portfolio includes aseptic processing skids, CIP/SIP modules, and cream processing systems.
For fiscal 2011-2012, the company clocked revenues of
50 crore as against last year's revenue of
42 crore for fiscal 2010-2011. During the year, the company has seen some major deals coming for monoclonal antibodies, vaccines and oncology processing skids with major domestic and international companies. Its focus so far over the year has been on key markets and integrated processing systems which has led to high volume skid manufacturing. Products and services launched during the year included integrated processing skids for biopharma applications.
Since the past 26 years, the company has been operating its fabrication works in Nashik with corporate office in Mumbai. Adam Fabriwerk offers clients the opportunity to view first hand its machines, the extensive design and manufacturing facilities employed. Facilities are offered to carry out confidential formulation or recipe development, as well as to scale up work and operator training. In fact, its display and training facility has helped scores of potential users get a first hand look at the end products and finalizing on their own project requirements.
Adam Fabriwerk in the past has many first to its credentials. It had spearheaded a fully automated cleaning in place (CIP) module and blending vessel with magnetic mixer for Wockhardt Research Center, Aurangabad for vaccines, built-in-raking system for fluid bed dryer for Vikram Sarabai Space Centre Allepy for drying of solid rocket fuel. Some of its current projects include spearheading a fully automated SCADA-based state-of-the-art processing plant for Johnson and Johnson at Baddi, blending vessels with CIP and SIP modules for Serum Institute of India for vaccines and biological products, blending vessels for Reliance Life sciences for plasma fractionation project, and processing vessels with CIP and SIP modules for Dabur Pharma oncology project at Baddi.
