Sri Krishna Pharma charged with data manipulation and GMP deviation

Canadian importers have unanimously agreed to quarantine products made with active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) from Hyderabad-based drugmaker Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals, due to data integrity concerns.

Also, the Italian Medicines Agency has withdrawn the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate of the company, owing to about 10 GMP deviations found during an inspection in December 2014.
