Sami Labs buys KCP biotech

KCP Biotech is a unit of The KCP Limited, established in 1941, is a producer of high performance goods and services in cement, heavy engineering, sugar and hydel power.

Sami Labs' R&D center is located in Bangalore, along with four manufacturing facilities. It also has a manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, and in the State of Utah, USA.

With the purchase of KCP biotech, it will now have two manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad.
