Cipla inks pact with Teva to market its products

The collaboration will focus on oncology, women health's products etc

Indian Pharma giant Cipla has entered into an agreement with Israel-based Teva Pharmaceuticlas. As per the agreement, Cipla Medpro will exclusively market Teva's pharmaceutical products portfolio in South Africa.

Mr Subhanu Saxena, managing director and global CEO, Cipla said, "Cipla believes that the collaboration with Teva reaffirms its commitment of advancing healthcare to all South Africans" in a statement.

The collaboration will focus on oncology, central nervous system, women's health, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, and other speciality products.
