RPG appoints new additional director

RPG Life Sciences has informed BSE that its board has appointed Mr C T Renganathan as an additional director and as the MD for a term of 3 years with effect from January 02, 2015 subject to approval of the shareholders of the company and such other regulatory approvals as may be necessary.

The company also has informed the stock exchange that Mr Ajit Singh Chauhan and Mr C Vinayaraghavan has resigned from the directorship of the company with effect from January 02, 2015 due to pre-occupation.
