An international meeting on "Pharmacovigilance—Promoting Drug Safety Through Collaboration" will be held on 5-6 December in Mumbai. Organized by the Drugs Controller General of India, this meeting will be on the risks and benefits of medicines. The meeting will be preceded by a workshop on "Pharmacovigilance."

Pharma Expo 2003
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing its first flagship international exhibition and conference on the pharmaceutical industry—Pharma Expo 2003—at Mumbai.

Biotech India International 2003
CIDEX Trade Fairs Pvt. Ltd and Biotech Consortium India Ltd (BCIL) are jointly organizing Biotech India international 2003 in Hyderabad. This will be held from 24 to 27 September 2003. The exhibition site is the Hyderabad Trade Exhibition Center (HITEX), near Hitec City.
