Garware Fulflex India has announced the acquisition of Avcor Healthcare Products Inc., a prominent US-based developer, manufacturer, and marketer of premium compression dressings, thermal compression & cohesive compression bandages, tourniquet straps, and I.V. aids for both institutional and consumer/retail healthcare markets.
As part of the asset purchase agreement, Garware Fulflex integrated Avcor Healthcare Products into its global portfolio, serving both existing and new customers with a wider range of medical consumable products.
Garware Fulflex is a distinguished industry leader in thin gauge polymers, serving a wide array of sectors including medical, sports and rehabilitation, PPE, textile, and others.
