DDRC Agilus Diagnostics, a subsidiary of Agilus Diagnostics, has announced the launch of its regional wellness centre and laboratory in Kottayam. This wellness centre and laboratory will serve as a reference lab further strengthening the existing network of 35 labs and centres that DDRC Agilus has in Kottayam. 

The wellness centre and laboratory will be open 24X7 for all customers and will be especially invaluable for emergency services. The advanced laboratory has the capacity to process more than one and half lakh samples in a month ranging from simple routine tests to semi-specialised and high-end specialised tests.

Recognising the rising demand for quality diagnostic services and wellness treatments, DDRC Agilus has expanded its capabilities by launching this 24X7 regional wellness centre and laboratory in Kottayam. The citizens of Kottayam will now have further access to DDRC Agilus’ extensive test menu comprising of 3,600+ tests and a range of well-curated preventive healthcare packages as well as access to the facilities at the wellness centre.

This new DDRC Agilus regional wellness centre and laboratory in Kottayam will cater to the areas of Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Aleppey, Kottayam Medical College, Ettumanoor, Pala, Kumarakom, Kanjikkuzhy, Manarcadu and Changanaserry.

The advanced wellness centre and  laboratory spread over 20,000 sq ft has multiple laboratory divisions including Haematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Immunology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Cytogenetics, Microbiology and full service radiology menu that includes ultrasound, audiometry, opthamology, digital radiography, ECG, TMT, Spirometry and Executive Medical Checkups.
