Merck Life Science India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CSIR–Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, to strengthen collaboration in scientific research, innovation, and academia-industry engagement.
This partnership is aimed at fostering knowledge exchange, enhancing skill development, and driving collaborative initiatives that contribute to India’s research and innovation ecosystem.
The MoU aims to strengthen industry-research collaboration by developing analytical methods and application notes for new products, molecules, and customer challenges, while fostering joint research initiatives, scientific knowledge exchange, and innovation.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Dhananjay Singh, Managing Director, Merck Life Science & Head, Discovery Solutions, India; Sakshi Yadav, Director and Head of Pharma Business (Large and Strategic Accounts), Discovery Solutions, along with Dr D. Srinivasa Reddy, Director, CSIR-IICT; Pravin Likhar, Chief Scientist and Chair, BDRM, Indian Institute of Chemical Technology; and Dr S. Rama Mohan, Chair, Knowledge and Information Management, CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad.
