At the Bengaluru Skill Summit 2025, organised by the Department of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship & Livelihood (SDEL), Government of Karnataka, a landmark definitive contract was announced between Risaya Academy and Vyli Health, expected to benefit more than 10,000 students across South India.

The collaboration was facilitated by IFIA Bharat, the Indian chapter of the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA) — a UN-affiliated, non-governmental organisation functioning under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. IFIA Bharat promotes innovation-led education, translational research, and inventor entrepreneurship for national development.

Through this partnership, Risaya Academy, a next-generation education enterprise, and Vyli Health, a deep-tech healthcare venture operating out of the K-tech MeitY NASSCOM Centre of Excellence for IoT & AI, will implement structured psychosocial-wellbeing and 21st-century skills-transformation programmes across higher-education institutions in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Cochin.

The definitive contract will roll out its first batches in January 2026, embedding resilience, flexibility and agility — key human-capability clusters identified by the World Economic Forum’s 2025 Skills Report.

Vyli Health has served around 2,000 learners and professionals across academic, healthcare and corporate sectors, and on 20 June 2025 signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu Apex Skills Development Centre for Healthcare, which will also serve as a certification partner for programs for nurses and doctors.

Risaya Academy currently operates in 14 autonomous colleges and deemed universities across South India and collaborates with over 12 universities abroad, including those in the USA, Australia, Malaysia and Kazakhstan. The collaboration integrates Vyli Health’s evidence-based transformation framework into Risaya’s global learning ecosystem.
