In a landmark collaboration aimed at addressing the growing demand for trained professionals in the healthcare sector, Bhopal-based Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), part of the AISECT Group, has partnered with RedVersity, the academic and training arm of RED Health, to launch four new programmes that will open new career pathways for students in Central India.
The programmes being launched include:
• BBA in Hospital Administration
• PG Diploma in Emergency Health Care
• PG Diploma in Disaster Management
• PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics
These programmes have been designed to prepare students for high-growth careers in healthcare management and allied health services, where both India and the global community face a significant shortage of skilled professionals.
Each programme comes with strong placement linkages and job assurance, supported by RED Health’s vast operational network across India in emergency medical services, air and train ambulance operations, and corporate healthcare partnerships.
As per WHO estimates, the world is short of nearly 18 million healthcare workers, with a substantial portion of this gap in the allied and emergency care domains. The newly launched programmes aim to bridge this skill gap by combining academic excellence with practical exposure, ensuring that graduates are not only qualified but also industry-ready from Day 1.
Under this collaboration, RedVersity will bring its expertise in simulation-based learning, emergency response, and industry-driven curriculum design, while RNTU will leverage its academic infrastructure and AISECT Group’s legacy of skilling and employability. The combination of academic rigor and real-world healthcare experience ensures students receive holistic, hands-on education aligned with global standards.
The programmes will be offered at RNTU’s campus in Bhopal with hybrid options available for certain programmes. Admissions are already open for the inaugural batch.
