Pune-based startup DeepTek has announced the appointment of healthcare industry veteran Amit Gandhi as its Chief Business Officer.

Gandhi is an experienced business leader and has led several healthcare and medtech companies for over 20+ years in various business leadership roles. With experience across different functions and handling multimillion-dollar P&L in MNCs such as GE Healthcare, DuPont, and Philips, he brings a wealth of expertise to this role.

Having served as Director - Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging for South Asia at Philips, Gandhi has successfully grown businesses by his ability to sift insights into executable business strategies.

He has also worked with GE Healthcare as General Manager and has a deep understanding of the medical devices industry across Radiology, Oncology, Cardiology and Critical care, and maternal-infant care areas.

Gandhi brings a great mix of insight-led strategic and tactical skills, growing business in each role through bold decision making, novelty, team development and customer focus. One of his most profound contributions has been changing the industry landscape with his work in affordable CT and make in India initiatives in the MNCs he has worked with.

Gandhi will be focused on leading Deeptek’s international expansion along with the India business and helping scale the business across the globe.
