Day 1 of the BIO International Convention Boston 2025, on June 16, marked a remarkable start for theInnovativeIndiaPavilion (Booth #3285), which welcomed a record number of visitors and partnering registrants, showcasing India’s dynamic biotechnology ecosystem on a global platform.
The opening ceremony of the Innovative India Pavilion was inaugurated by distinguished leaders— Dr Jitendra Kumar (MD, BIRAC), Dr Dhananjay Tiwary, Dr Mahesh Bhalgat, and Dr Priya Kapoor-G Hingorani (MD, Miltenyi Biotec India). The pavilion features participation from 20 leading exhibitors from India, representing the strength and diversity of India’s biotech industry.
A Letter of Intent (LoI) was signed between Dr Priya Kapoor-G Hingorani (MD, Miltenyi Biotec India) and Dr Jitendra Kumar (MD, BIRAC) at the Innovative India Pavilion, marking a significant step towards establishing a state-of-the-art laboratory in India—a testament to the growing international collaborations fostered at BIO 2025.
Throughout the day, the pavilion attracted prominent biotech business leaders from the USA, including Rahul Singhvi and many others, who interacted with the Indian exhibitors, exploring opportunities for partnership and innovation.
