Theos Life Sciences has officially unveiled its Northeast India operations with a grand launch event in Guwahati, marking a major step in its mission to expand access to affordable, high-quality healthcare across India.
The event witnessed the participation of over 200 leading doctors of Guwahati and beyond, reflecting strong belief in Theos from the region’s healthcare fraternity. With a strong focus on research, and regional employment, Theos is poised to redefine pharmaceutical standards in the region through its two specialised divisions - NuGen and NuEra.
Embodying the spirit of the “Make in India” initiative and aligning with push for growth and development of Northeast Region, Theos’ expansion brings not just a business footprint, but a vision.
Co-founded by two industry leaders from Assam- Suresh Agarwala, a diversified entrepreneur with ventures in hospitality, real estate, and healthcare, and Manoj Kumar Modi, a leading name in pharmaceutical distribution, Theos operates from WHO-GMP certified facilities and aims to bridge the gap between medical excellence and affordability.
Looking ahead, Theos plans to establish a world-class manufacturing facility and a cutting-edge research centre in Assam, focusing on research-driven molecules, innovation-led development, and significant local employment generation.
