BorderPlus, a global workforce solutions provider, has announced its partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) as a non-funded partner. This collaboration aims to equip Indian healthcare workers with German language training, enabling them to secure employment opportunities in Germany and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
This partnership is set to create a structured and credible pathway for Indian caregivers, including nurses and other healthcare professionals, addressing challenges that many candidates face when seeking international employment. Through this initiative, BorderPlus and NSDC will work together to bridge skill gaps and enhance employment prospects for Indian talent in global markets.
With over 35 million Indians living abroad, contributing $125-130 billion in remittances, a figure equivalent to India’s annual oil imports, creating streamlined global employment pathways is crucial to national growth. This partnership will serve as a key enabler in supporting India’s skilled workforce and positioning the country as a global talent hub.
Through this collaboration, BorderPlus and NSDC will provide Indian healthcare professionals with structured training, industry-aligned skill development, and credible pathways to international careers, reinforcing India’s position as a leader in global workforce mobility.
