BIRAC inks Letter of Intent with Global Antibiotic Research & Development Partnership

Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) has announced a Letter of Intent (LoI) with the Global Antibiotic Research & Development Partnership (GARDP).

The collaboration focuses to advance knowledge sharing and capacity building in antibiotic R&D and tech transfer through case studies, CMC support, training, and joint outreach initiatives in India and globally.

At the BIRAC–GARDP LoI announcement, Dr Jitendra Kumar, MD, BIRAC, underscored the significance of this collaboration in strengthening CMC technical support, capacity building, and joint educational and outreach initiatives in antibiotic R&D. He also engaged with GARDP on initiating collaborative activities.
