Polygenetics looking for partners

Polygenetics, a biomedical company based in the USA, is looking for partners in India for its technology on an application basis or on a drug-by-drug basis.

James R Benson, chairman, Polygenetics who was in Mumbai recently for discussions with the Indian pharmaceutical companies said, "We are currently offering exclusive licensing rights to our patented polymer technology called CavilinkTM. Licensees can choose from several fields of use, depending on their market interests and market penetration. Under licensing arrangements, we would provide licensees rights to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, use and sell products covered by its patents for defined fields of use. Polygenetics can provide technology transfer and some training of personnel if appropriate."
