C-CAMP offers training program on 'next-gen sequencing' with clinical genomics focus

Bengaluru-based Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) and Premas Lifesciences in Gurugram have collaborated to organize a focused 3-day hands-on, in-person course on “Next-Generation Sequencing Training Program with Clinical Genomics Focus”

The program will be held from 26^th-28^th November, 2021

It will be focused on-

Introduction to Illumina technology and systems | Library Preparation | Clinical applications of NGS & Microarrays | Single cell genomics & Clinical Paradigms | Wet Labs Library Preparation & QC | Setting up a NGS run | Run Monitoring | Illumina Clinical Analysis/BI Solutions: LRM, Dragen and Basespace
 
Clinicians, pathological/clinical lab specialists are encouraged to apply. Participation is by selection only.
