Paras Health appoints Balkishan Sharma as Group CHRO and Business Transformation Officer

Paras Health has announced the appointment of Balkishan Sharma as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO) and Business Transformation Officer. Sharma brings over 22 years of healthcare experience, with deep expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational transformation, and business transformation initiatives.

He has previously served as the EVP & Head – HR Operations (Pan India) at Max Healthcare Institute, and additionally held senior roles at Fortis Healthcare, Paras Health, and Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, driving leadership development, HR digitisation, and operational efficiency.
