Indira IVF Hospital has entered into an agreement to acquire a stake in Creation Science IVF Private Limited, which operates Srishti Hospital, marking Indira IVF’s entry into the Puducherry market. The move is part of Indira IVF’s continued effort to make quality fertility care more accessible to couples across the country.
Srishti Hospital, located in Puducherry, is a centre offering assisted reproductive technology (ART) services, with infrastructure and clinical experience in supporting both female and male fertility needs.
Under the continued leadership of Dr Soumyaroop Dash and his team, the hospital will remain engaged in providing ART and IVF services, with an emphasis on continuity and quality standards in patient care.
The demand for fertility care in India continues to grow, driven by lifestyle changes, increasing awareness, and a rise in chronic diseases. In Puducherry, the Total Fertility Rate stands at 1.5 as per the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5), which is below the replacement level and underscores the need for accessible, ART services in the region. With Srishti Hospital joining its national network, Indira IVF aims to bring in structured protocols, supportive digital systems, and consistency in care, with the objective of enhancing the overall patient experience.
The collaboration between Indira IVF and Srishti Hospital represents a step forward in expanding access to fertility care in Puducherry. By working together, the two institutions seek to offer informed and patient-focused support to individuals and couples exploring fertility treatment options.
