Health Care At Home India and QMS Medical Allied Services announce pharma business merger

Health Care At Home India (HCAH) and QMS Medical Allied Services (QMS) have announced a strategic merger of their pharma businesses to drive their patient support programme for pharmaceutical companies across India.

Under the agreement, the patient support programme (PSP) business verticals of the healthcare service providers HCAH and QMS will merge to form Saarathi Healthcare, a subsidiary of QMS.

The combined platform will operate over 160 PSPs, providing services to more than 1.2 million patients. The platform will be supported by over 2,000 professionals across more than 35 cities, QMS said.

Mahesh Makhija, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director, QMS Medical Allied Services, said, "The combination brings together two complementary platforms with strong capabilities across patient support and engagement. We aim to create greater scale, reach and execution capability for pharmaceutical companies while helping more patients access the support they need throughout their treatment journey."
