Jaipur-based health-tech startup Aignosis has raised Rs 4 crore in a seed round led by Antler, Nikhil Kamath and angel investors including Varun Dua, IIMA Ventures and others, as the company moves from developing and validating its AI-assisted autism screening technology to expanding its presence across India's healthcare ecosystem.
The company raised their first round in 2024 with notable angels including Rajneesh Bhandari and Amit Jain.
The round lands at a credible moment. Aignosis has completed its CDSCO regulatory process, was incubated at IIM Ahmedabad Ventures, and was selected for Google's 2025 “Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First” cohort, one of just 20 startups picked nationally from over 1,600 applicants. It was also chosen among the top 5 healthcare startups for a three-week immersion programme in Europe run by BFI.
Commercially, Aignosis runs primarily as a Clinic-in-Clinic model, equipping paediatricians to become holistic partners in early identification rather than selling them a standalone device.
The startup is currently deployed across 20+ government Primary Health Centres in Rajasthan and has partnered with Mankind Pharma, whose nearly 1,300 medical representatives are supporting Aignosis screening camps with paediatricians across India. The company is also beginning operations with Apollo Shines, the Apollo Group's school infirmary division, across approximately 125 schools.
The company now aims to conduct at least 100,000 total screenings by the end of FY26-27, compared with 8,000+ completed so far and preparing to expand into Punjab, NCR, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, Karnataka and Maharashtra, using its Rajasthan experience as an operating reference for wider government adoption.
