Key Highlights -

1. MetaQon Precision Health Inc. was incorporated in Delaware, with operations based out of Business Bay, Dubai.
2. The company established science and clinical partnerships with Precisya Global Inc. (USA), a CLIA/CAP certified genomics testing provider, and Cellestra Lifetech Pte Ltd (Singapore), for hormonal and clinical wellness intelligence.
3. MetaQon hosted its inaugural precision health summit at Jag Mandir Island Palace, Udaipur, inaugurated by Shriji Hujur Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, 77th custodian of the House of Mewar, bringing together genomics scientists, clinicians, and industry leaders.
4. The company also became an official partner of Tungabhadra Warriors, champions of APL Season 5.
5. MetaQon has engaged with few Indian state health secretaries on a proposed employee wellness program and continues to build out its platform architecture across cardiovascular, metabolic, neuro, pharmacogenomic, and reproductive health intelligence.

Founder Speaks - 

MetaQon plans to expand its precision health distribution platform across India, the GCC, and Southeast Asia, with a focus on endogamous and genetically underserved populations across South Asia and the Middle East. Near-term priorities include formal incorporation of MetaQon India Private Limited, launch of an AI Counsellor MVP, and expansion of the hospital and clinic partner network to convert clinical roadmaps into downstream care at zero acquisition cost to partners. The company is also progressing conversations with strategic investors to close its current funding round.
