Present at the occasion Mr Joy Chakraborty Sr. Director - Operations said, "We are thankful to the organizers and jury members for recognizing our leadership role in healthcare delivery. This award once again makes us feel proud. Our patient centric care and value added healthcare delivery will inspire us to further dedicate ourselves towards the trust, confidence and support shown by our patients and healthcare fraternity."

It has pioneered in making healthcare virtual and at the doorstep by launching Care @ Home and SSS- Short Stay Service in 2007 and 2008 respectively, along with Disease Management through Information Technology (IT) and mobile application. The hospital believes that healthcare delivery needs innovative products, which should be driven by outcomes and innovative technology driven accessibility at affordable rates.

The hospital follows one of its guiding principles "Work to Give" by having a rural program, which was launched on the 75th birthday of the Group's Chairman, Mr. S.P. Hinduja, under LGH- Live to Give Hope Fund.
