GLP accreditation will provide an edge to Venus Remedies Limited

Gets certification for Good Laboratory Practices norms on Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Principles by the National GLP and Compliance Monitoring Authority


Dr. Manu Chaudhary, Joint Managing Director, Venus Remedies Ltd, and director, Research, Venus Medicine Research Centre (VMRC), termed it as a landmark achievement and commented "This Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), one of the most coveted certifications for R$D capabilities,is a significant milestone in our efforts to ensure product quality, safety, reliability and excellence while preserving and improving human life through innovation. The GLP certification meets the company's strategic vision to bring to the world novel breakthroughs that cater to critical care and super-speciality segments, including anti-infective, anti-cancer, neurology, pain management and wound care. The VMRC team has brought laurels to the country by securing over 90 patents for its research products from aross the world, including countries like USA, Australia, Japan, European, Union constituents and many others.

VMRC has joined the list of top 25 testing laboratories in India and eight Indian pharmaceutical compoanies to have reieved GLP approval.
